- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Zoom Consult to see the site and discuss solutions to the problem. We'll provide an estimate and book the appointment. On the day of the appointment our wiring expert will arrive, review the scope in detail and confirm the specifics of the work with you - if any adjustments in scope are needed, it will be discussed so everyone is on the same page. Then, we get the work done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've serviced 12,000+ customers since 2005. Sites like Yelp, Thumbtack, and Bark have a lot of wiring "pros" at a range of prices, unfortunately most are self taught. We've been doing commercial wiring work for 20+ years and IT Networking for 17+.
