Jeff K. says, "L Construction just completed a major repair of our kitchen sink cabinet and supporting structure. Extensive water damage had deteriorated the cabinet baseboard, back wall, and structure under the counter top where the faucet mounted to the point where there was insufficient structure left to tighten the faucet and so it was very loose. Franklin contacted me within a few minutes of submitting my request on Thumbtack and came out the same day to estimate the job, and even began the work then. The quote was reasonable and they completed the job by the next day. Their attention to detail was meticulous - they disassembled all the plumbing (disposal, faucets, pipes, etc.) while cleaning all of that and everything in the cabinet space, replaced some piping that was caked with grease, and installed a new baseboard, back wall, and supporting structure under the countertop where the faucets then mounted solidly. And they cleaned everything spotlessly when they were done. The entire cabinet and faucet area looks like new! Franklin and his assistant are very professional, skilled, and easy to work with; and are also very punctual. They can do a variety of work in and around a home, and we will definitely hire them again for any future significant work that we need done at our home."See more

I immediately reached out and Derek contacted me. Within the same day he stated he was free today and immediately came and did the job and finished the same day.
