- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are competitive, considering that we are a one stop shop. Besides drafting the architectural plans, we usually see the entire process through until you get our permit and have a network of engineers, permit techs, former plan checkers on our team that assist in the process. After you get your permit and begin construction we are always available should a revision become necessary or a detail needs clarification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start with a phone consultation where we can usually provide a quote over the phone after asking a few questions, followed by a site visit where we offer our feedback to a client. Afterwards, we can be on site measuring within a few days and have a first draft within 3 weeks, 4 weeks for larger projects. On occasion we can accomodate faster turn arounds.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eric, Co Founder, has an Architecture Degree from the University of Minnesota Sam, Co Founder, is a self taught designer with construction experience. Michael, has an Architecture Degree
