- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A one-time consultation is $80. Time spent editing, planning, shopping, and organizing is $70/hour inside the home/business and $80/hour for garages. If taking donations, that time is also included in the final price. For large projects that require a trash pick-up, we can order a Lugg or 1-800 Got Junk, and that would also be charged in the final rate (as well as the cost of any product). I am happy to work within a reasonable budget and pride myself on spending the time to carefully choose products that will not only suit a budget but still provide lasting systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first schedule a consultation (in-person or video call) to get a general idea of the space(s) and the client's goals. Following the consultation, I send a complete estimate. Then it's time to schedule the day(s) to make their transformation dreams come true!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a nanny and household manager, I spent many years keeping the lives of the families I worked for organized and running smoothly. I also have had lots of great experiences working alongside other professional organizers as an employee.
