Alex quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer, ordered the part, and then was back here for installation as soon as possible. Alex was polite and always clearly and promptly answered my messages.
As he mentions in his listing, he speaks very little English. To help with communication he used his phone to translate the text of what he needed to tell me. It was easy and clear. Hoorah for modern technology!
