At Excel Construction L.A., we offer the full range of remodeling services for both interior and exterior additions – bathroom and kitchen remodeling, landscape design and installation, pool and waterfalls, custom windows and doors, roofing and gutters, interior/ exterior painting, texture coating, patio enclosure, patio cover, stucco. I can't say enough good things about Excel Construction. When I started the process of my master bathroom remodel I had a very clear idea of how i wanted it to look and exactly what materials I wanted to use. Wow, love my new bathroom. I first met with Sebastian. We went over the project and plans were made. But after demolition, Sebastian made the recommendation to knock down a wall and replace it with glass. Turned out to be a game changer. As for the work, with the exception of hot mop and glass installation, Audel worked on my bathroom, from beginning to end and what a beautiful job he did. He was knowledgeable and a true professional. The attached pictures are before and after pictures.

I just purchased my first home in the valley and wanted to remodel my kitchen. I started looking around for contractors and was very happy to find Excel construction LA! I met up with Eyal, He sat down with me and explained to me the process of the job. He then helped me design the dream kitchen that I always wanted! I was so happy that I had my Master Bathroom done as well. Eyal was at the house all the time foreseeing the job and his workers were so nice and sweet. They left everyday the place spotless clean. Very punctual. I am so happy I chose Excel Construction LA

I hired Excel Construction LA to a full interior remodel of a 1928 home that I purchased as a rental property, but quickly determined I had underestimated the amount of work and investment required to get it rental ready. As a casual landlord, I did not have much experience with remodeling, managing contractors, estimating costs, etc. But I loved the house and had a vision for what I wanted to create. I chose Excel Construction LA because I felt they understood my vision and would be flexible along the way. I was right and they proved to be a fantastic partner. Excel was always able to provide quality materials at a reasonable price, they were extremely flexible and accommodating working with my schedule and they produced quality work. The managed the entire permit process and went above and beyond to ensure all inspections were passed - not just the city's inspections, but also the buyer's inspectors. In the end, we turned a very run down home in South LA into a beautiful new home that sold for the top price point in the zip code - something local realtors said could not be done. Excel deserves a ton of credit for this. Nofar, Evan and the entire Excel team were super helpful and fun to work with, as was the sub, Jorge. Thanks Excel!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price system as each house may be in a different condition than others. I have advertised in the past a few services that may be standard such as roof replacement for $8500, but of course, that applies to roofs up to 1800 sq.ft and with one layer, etc. We always like to assess the scope of the work before we provide a quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide new home construction services, remodels, room additions, kitchen, and bathroom renovations. We have built our reputation on one founding principal. Provide our clients with the highest caliber of construction and customer service. Our commitment to superior quality, workmanship, and innovative solutions is key to the success of each project. We provide the personal care you’re looking for when remodeling your home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have physically worked with my father in law which has been in the business for many years. About five years, I moved to work with a couple of home improvement companies as a sales representative, and eventually, I opened my new business.
