I was referred to MP for my Kitchen Cabinets. They redesigned the look to my liking. All the work was custom so everything was doable. Great work/quality, I also had him do my closets. Everything is custom so any look your looking for is doable.

Title: A Disheartening Journey with MP Designs
Working with MP Designs started with promise but unfortunately ended with disappointment. I began my closet project on August 29, 2024, hopeful that they could deliver the results I envisioned. Initially, David assured me they were capable of handling the project, and I appreciated the detailed measurements they took, even though it required a significant amount of my time.
However, as time progressed, communication became a major hurdle. By October 17, 2025, it was clear that the project was not moving forward as expected. When I reached out to David, I sensed uncertainty, which only added to my concerns. My attempt to seek clarity led me to Adrian, who informed me of the need to redraw plans and an unexpected $800 fee—an issue that should have been resolved months ago when the initial measurements and plans were provided.
This delay has left my home in disarray, with items displaced and my patience tested. Despite expressing the urgency and impact of these delays, I found myself frustrated and emotionally drained to only restart the project with another contractor. I know it’s will get done but it has given me another month to get it done and starting the process all over taking time out of me work schedule to do calls, meetings , measurements, with new proposals. It’s disheartening to feel like your concerns are not being met with the professionalism and transparency one should expect. After conveying to him that it’s been 2 months since we started he then turns around and tells me, they have to redraw the plans and you have to pay $800 and you didn’t tell me this at the beginning of the project??? In August, and if I did not agarre or could have agreed I could have sent the specs to another company and have at least started the fabrication as it will take time to build. This has delayed me significantly but I know God always works it out and sometimes even better than before.
I wrote this review to ensure others don’t face similar frustrations.
I wanted this to be a positive experience, but the reality fell short. I hope future projects benefit from more effective communication and planning.

Hi , thank you for your review.
As told at the beginning, we can not use some other company's plans , we as a custom cabinet company have to measure everything again to make sure everything fits perfectly and precise, we have to go over all details with customer or designer to have our plans made , this was not possible with you because you wanted us to get information from incomplete plans . Hopefully the next contractor you use understands your needs . Again thank you for your review and good luck .
