FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to delivering the best experience possible within our client's budgets. WE WILL NOT PERFORM WIRING THAT IS NOT TO CODE. Many providers on ThumbTack run extension cords inside of walls to cut costs. This is not only against code, but very dangerous. If we bid a job, we will show up and do the work to completion without leaving or rescheduling because we weren't properly equipped. We can beat the pricing on mid range and high end TVs and gear from the big box stores. We are licensed dealers for Sony, LG, Samsung, Denon, Yamaha, Speakercraft, Niles, Panamax, SONOS, and many more industry leading brands. We use premium network cabling and connectors, and use the proper type of wire for each application (interior, outdoor, and direct burial). Our installations are designed to last for decades. While our hourly rate may be higher than some of our competitors, our overall job price is in line with theirs. We show up with many thousand feet of cabling and all the proper tools to ensure that we get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have the ability and knowledge to work on many cabling runs simultaneously rather than one at a time. This is far more efficient and saves you money at the end of the job. We do not do single drop wiring jobs, we cannot perform these small services at a competitive price.
