Installed a brand new RO filter system in our new rental. He is very responsive via Thumbtack messaging. He also came to our house for install the same day the filter arrived through shipping, even though we did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. Seemed to know what he was doing, not a hitch that I can see. Told me exactly how long until I should change each of the three filter types in my system. That information was really helpful for me, since I’ve never owned my own system before. Overall satisfied.

Tony was great. He was actually early. We live in a condo and the water stack needed to be turned on and off. He waited, especially for the water to be turned back on to ensure that there was no leaking.

I am pleased with the repair and installation that T-Max performed and he went out of his way to replace an additional problem that he did not have to do. He also assured me that if I had any problems afterwards to let him know, so that he could take care of it.
