- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stated prices include up to 3 pets. Additional pets will be priced on a case by case basis. 20% holiday surcharge added (for bookings 3 days before and 3 days after legal holidays). Travel surcharge may apply if you are located more than 10 miles from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary Meet and Greet is always included if the customer desires so that we can coordinate details, exchange keys and go over any concerns he/she may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm not professionally trained in animal care (I'm actually an attorney with a small private practice with my dad) but I have tons of experience with them. I have 7(!) cats at home, as well as 2 dogs, 2 horses, and 2 turtles. I have raised cats from the day they were born up until they passed over the rainbow bridge. I have completed a course in Animal First Aid and CPR and have an Animal First Aid kit in case of any emergencies.
