I replaced a standard water heater with a tankless system. They were very patient in walking me through the options, and always very responsive. They did quality work, even re-routing some plumbing that wasn't strictly required for the installation, but helped me reclaim additional usable space in my water heater closet. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, and at a good value. It would only let me select 3 highlights, but I would have definitely added punctuality as well! John was a gem! He was kind, re-assuring, and did not give up until the job was done right. He finished the work in the dark whereas most people would have left and said they had to come back another day. He fit me into his already busy day to ensure I didn’t have to go another day without hot water since I had already gone weeks without it. The water filter he sold me had already been sold to me by 3 other plumbers and I declined it due to the high cost, but John did an incredible job of explaining all the benefits, the value, and did it without me feeling pressured. Had I declined that water heater he was still willing to install the one I already purchased, which no other plumber would do. He is honest and trustworthy. He made me feel completely comfortable and satisfied with my investment. If there is a rating higher than a 10/10, I would give it to John! He is a wonderful human.
