Introduction

Hello, my name is Kimya! I am a 500-hour trained, British Yoga Instructor with experience teaching private and group yoga classes in various settings. I left my life as a Lawyer back in London in 2017 to pursue my dream of teaching yoga - a practice that was life changing for me - mentally, physically and emotionally. Yoga goes far beyond a physical practice, hence my approach to teaching is holistic. My personal experience with panic attacks, trauma and anxiety allow me to relate to my students’ vulnerabilities and tailor my classes to every need. I incorporate Meditation & Sound Healing into each class for a full, integrated experience. I am also certified in Yin Yoga and Reiki (energy healing). I am grateful everyday for this opportunity to connect and grow with beautiful souls and watch them flourish! Looking forward to meet with you as my future student :) Namaste 🤍✨

I called Kimya this morning and met her this afternoon. She was willing to come to me. I liked that she specializes in dealing with people who have dealt with trauma. We worked really hard. We excercised muscles that I didn't know existed. Every time I was able to meet one task, she pushed me little further. I believe that we worked well as a team. I have a lot of physical pain which is another reason I contacted Kimya. I loved the technique that she used for cool down. I literally could have fallen asleep on my living room floor. I am really looking forward to working with Kimya again next week. I think that she will be a valuable asset or my team through my healing journey. Thanks Kimya. I appreciate you!

It was my first time trying Reiki and I am so glad that I had my first time with Kimya. She is accommodating, had a great space for the session, was punctual and communicative. Kimya started the session with a little getting to know each other/teaching me about reiki which helped me relax into the session. Then we got into it and I felt so relaxed and like the energy was streaming out of me. I enjoyed the music, the bells, and sound bath that Kimya also performed. It was really nice after the session to decompress and talk about what we felt. I really enjoyed my first time doing reiki with Kimya and hope to be back soon! Would definitely recommend.

$100 is my base rate per session, additional charge for travel to client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a brief telephone consultation or zoom meeting with you to discuss your previous experience with yoga, your requirements and goals, and we will also complete an intake form to establish any injuries or health conditions that I should be aware of.
