What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on: - The square footage of the property - The imaging requested (photos, videos, or both) - The amount of images and/or video length desired - The amount of turn around time requested for final media if needed immediately
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet virtually for a complimentary assessment to discuss the featured property. Once we understand the vision, we formulate a flight plan (if necessary), discuss pricing, and set a timeline for the shoot. After capturing the footage, it takes about 5 business days for editing and processing. Then, the completed media will be delivered to you via your desired format.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Photo OC drone pilot is qualified in the following: - FAA Certified Part 107 Drone Pilot - FAA Certified Airline Transport Pilot - FAA Certified Flight Instructor - Captain at Major U.S. Airline - Has 1,000 hours of flight instruction time
