Pets = Happiness
I grew-up in a rural area whereas we owned geese, ducks, chickens, dogs, cats, sheep and goats! Our neighbors had horses and there was a farm down the road and shepherd with his flock of sheep that bordered our property. I lived in a wonderful time whereas we grew most of our own fruits and vegetables and/or traded with our neighbors for the items we didn't grow on our land. During this time, I learned how important animals were to the enhancement of our lives.
I have owned more than 15 dogs in my life and I have had numerous cats (multiples at one time of course). Five of those dogs were German Shepherds. My son has a Malinois that stays with me while he travels for work. I may speak of Nikki as, "my dog" yet that's because I still pay her vet bills LOL.

Pet Care is a full-time company. Mutt Mutt Meow is licensed, insured, USDA Certified, and have over 150 regular clients in five counties. Bookings are a first-come, first-serve; I am unable to hold dates without a confirmed booking due to so many clients. A confirmed booking is defined as payment upfront. This doesn't mean, we are unable to take last-minute requests. We accept those all of the time for repeat clients. It is because we are very flexible, responsible and communicative that people refer Mutt Mutt Meow to their friends and family. The majority of our clientele are truly referrals.
Open communication is key. It is very important when we have our initial telephone conversation and meet & greet that the owner provides as much information as possible about their pet's personality so we can make them feel loved and relaxed.
The process is first a telephone conversation, then a contract to be reviewed and signed is sent. Once the contract has been reviewed and signed, then a pet-care professional will travel to the owner's home for a 20 minute meet & greet. Should both parties agree they are the right fit for each other, then an invoice is sent to the client. A booking will go on the pet care professional's calendar after the invoice has been paid in full.
20% of the total dollar amount for all bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to commencement of booking will not receive a refund.
All payments are made through a secure credit card company, SwipeSimple. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. When a client is ready to move forward with pet care services provided by Mutt Mutt Meow, an invoice will be sent to client's email and/or text to securely complete the booking.
Please note: The Pet Care Professionals who sign-up with Mutt Mutt Meow carry their own liability insurance and are independent contractors. Every person who signs-up to care for pets with Mutt Mutt Meow are interviewed, screened for experience, references checked, and must agree to service standards.
For pet-sitting clients, a typical overnight stay is 10 – 12 hours of care. Pet-sitting start-times begin between the hours of 4-6pm and thru the night until approximately 7am. Should a start-time need to be prior to 4pm on the first day of a booking, an additional drop-in fee will be charged. An overnight stay includes one – two evening walks and one – two morning walks for dogs. Pet-sitting may be interrupted during a booking due to the pet-sitter having to leave to attend other appointments during the stay. Should a pet need a guaranteed afternoon visit, there is an extra charge for a midday visit. On occasions, there will not be an extra fee if the pet-sitter is not booked between the hours of 8am to 3pm and at their discretion, decide to come back to a home during the 8 am to 3pm period to spend bonus time with the pets.
Please refer to pricing rate sheet for total cost of services requested.
A full refund may be granted at the discretion of Mutt Mutt Meow depending on circumstances surrounding the request.
