- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a minimum onsite fee which includes the first hour of service. Extra hours are billed at a reduced rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide onsite service, if the customer is looking for ongoing support, I would start with an evaluation of their current IT environment and provide solutions to meet their IT goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ tech certified and have service authorizations for HP, IBM, Compaq, Okidata, and Epson products. Novell and Microsoft network certifications.
