- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly researching what's new in the culinary field, through reading and going out to restaurants
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking, I've done it since I was young. I was in advertising after I graduated from college and it was fine, but it was just a job. I wanted my job to be my passion so that's why I quit my job and went to culinary school
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I pretty much do it all. I have a lot of clients with dietary restrictions so I delivery food weekly for them. I have clients that want to learn new recipes to cook that are not only good, but are fairly quick to make. I also do a lot of catering jobs from sit down dinners to up to 30 people to passed and stationary items for up to 200 people.
