Contacted cal coast for a rodent issue at my townhouse. The tenants had reported mice and I hired another company that was able to catch a couple mice and said the likely entry point was beneath the front door so I had to hire a handyman to install a door sweep. However mice returned a couple weeks later and the company said there was nothing they could do for me other than set me up on a monthly service to continue setting traps. The townhouse is next to a canyon so this was unacceptable and I wanted to find the entry point. This is when I made the right decision to contact CAL COAST. There was prompt follow up to get on the schedule and Michael was very straightforward and easy to deal with. He actually did some investigative work and sealed off a couple holes behind the dishwasher where he found a ton of droppings. Other company did NOT pull the dishwasher out to check. Very pleased with the service and value since cal coast also sealed the holes instead of making me hire a handyman to do this separately. Do yourself a favor and call cal coast for your pest needs.

Called Cal Coast after smelling a dead animal in crawl space. My existing pest control company came out then quickly left so I was hoping for quick service from someone else. Cal Coast sent someone out the first thing next morning. Rabeka arrived and quickly got to work hunting for the animal. After looking around the entire under side of the house, she documented rat tracks and suggested setting traps under the house.

I did a lot of research and gathered several quotes for a rodent problem in my floor ducts and under my mobile home. They were all similar, but I chose Cal Coast because the technician who came out to estimate the damage was not only knowledgeable and personable but extremely honest. Joey did not try to up-sell me, and I didn't need to ask how I might save a couple of hundred dollars or try to negotiate in any way. Since the estimates were all in the same ballpark, I chose the most detailed explanation from the technician who completely understood my concerns and needs. The level of communication was in a class by itself...felt like a boutique service. I'm extremely happy with my choice and the outcome of work performed! I will recommend them to neighbors and won't hesitate to call on them if I ever need any type of pest control service again.

It is a free pest inspection so pricing is based upon the inspection performed by the technician. We also offer FREE Termite inspection. We do offer clearance report at a fee of $175.

Asking questions that pertains target pest, educating customer on pest characteristics and offering multiple solutions that fits their environmental and cultural needs.

We taken courses at Purdue University that consisted on the Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM. We also have certification for the Healthy School Act which allows us to perform service in schools. We also take multiple work shops hosted by rodentologist and entomologist.
