I highly recommend Claudio and Rivera Swimming Pools! He and his crew did a wonderful job replastering my pool and spa and redoing the water line tile. Claudio is responsive, professional, and was a pleasure to work with; he answered any questions I had along the way. He was also on-site to oversee all the work his crew did, and even helped replace an outdoor electrical outlet that blew out, which saved me from having to call out an electrician. I'm so glad that I hired him directly instead of hiring a pool construction company that would have charged me more and probably just passed the work on to him or another subcontractor. As a happy customer, I definitely recommend contacting him for your pool plaster and tile needs.

First, I want to say, Claudio is a fantastic person with a great attitude! He is going to do exactly what he tells you he will do and work with you in any way he can. My job consisted of a small section of concrete being replaced on one edge of the pool, painting the deck and patio, and resurfacing the pool (new tile, plaster and lighting). The price I paid versus the work that was done was very good in comparison to other estimates I received, which was the first priority for me. Claudio stayed in touch with me every step of the way and kept me informed when he would be there and what he would be doing on those days. He also came back and addressed some things when I called after the job was complete, just as he said he would. I don't think any job can ever be absolutely perfect, so of course there are some other details that I would have liked to have been a little different, however, the overall outcome of the work that was done is beautiful and I am extremely pleased with it! I would recommend Claudio to anyone that needs this type of work done to their pool. One suggestion I would make is to make sure you figure out how the startup will be done. Since this was my first time doing this, I wasn't aware and had a difficult time finding someone and had to do it myself. Fortunately, mine wasn't difficult, and I had a little help from the person that provides my pool service, but I add this for others that may not be aware and would need to hire someone to do it. I would have liked to have known that going into it.

Great job completed by Claudio. Had a small job and it was hard to find someone to do it. Claudio completed the job at a very reasonable price. He was on time, early in fact, and was very professional. Completed the job in a reasonable amount of time with great workmanship. I would definitely recommend Rivera Swimming Pools!!!!
