- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*PLEASE NOTE PARKING FEES, VALET PARKING, TOLLS, WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BILL. DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF EQUIPMENT AND COST OF OUR PRODUCTS WHEN SERVICING AT A HOTEL OR LARGE VENUE THAT CHARGES FOR PARKING, VALET WILL BE REQUESTED. EQUIPMENT IS UP TO 55lbs PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT IS ONLY BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO CARRY AND EQUIPMENT IS VERY COSTLY THE CLOSEST TO THE ROOM FOR UNLOADING IS VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR IF IT IS A HOTEL OR VENUE THAT CHARGES FOR PARKING SO THAT IT CAN BE ADDED TO THE BILL IN ADVANCE. THANK YOU!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking about their daily makeup routine if they have any photos of their everyday makeup and what look they are hoping I achieve for their wedding day. I like to make sure to answer all of their questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to go to trainings and attending bridal workshops. Attend MAC master classes along with doing makeup for my regulars on a daily basis so I get a lot of practice to perfect my skills.
