Joseph is definitely a very competent and experienced IT technician, with a wide range of computer maintenance skills and a strong work ethic. He arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned off our Malware threats and installed new software protections. He made sure our computer and printer were connected correctly. My wife and I recommend his services highly, and will be using him again. He is quite personable and appears to have excellent teaching skills.

Joseph was great! He was able to fix the problem and he provided a solution quickly. He showed me what to do with my computer. Very nice guy and very patient. We were able to get together within days of me posting on thumbtack. Super quick turnaround. My internet works again on my hackintosh and I'm happy! Would hire him again and refer him to others!

Joseph was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately in my case he wasn't able to repair my PC but rather correctly pointed out that due to the mother board defect and the age of my CPU estimated repair costs would likely be a significant portion of what a replacement unit would be. Joseph was very helpful in suggesting and determining what my equipment needs were and recommending suppliers. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
