FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I recommend getting a few estimates so you know roughly what your job should cost. Some estimates are high & some are low. Watch out for the low ones. My pricing is usually in the middle & I warranty my paint jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep my customers informed of everything I’m doing & all the products I use. I like to give them options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 2 of the biggest painting companies in Sacramento for 13 years before I started my own company. I have my license, business license, & insurance so I’m covered. I’m big on safety & I make sure all my guys are doing it correctly & not taking any short cuts to complete the task at hand. All my equipment is new or only a couple years old so I cut down the risk possibility as much as possible. I constantly keep up with new products & techniques because the industry introduces new products constantly.
