I got a quote from Vince for installing a closet door in my house. I called him to talk about the work and was happy to go ahead and schedule him to do the work. We agreed he would come out 11/9/18 at 9-9.30am. I was going to work from home to be there when he was doing the work. It is now 12.00pm 11/9/18 and he did not turn up. No message, no email, no phone call. I left him a voicemail and sent him a text message but I have still not heard anything from him. Totally frustrating that he does not contact you. Highly recommend you do not schedule Vince as he will probably let you down and leave you hanging.
