I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again."See more

The work involved the remodel of 14 bathrooms including, removing a wall and adding a door for a new entrance to the space. In addition to the bathroom remodel, other improvements included electrical work, installation of closet doors, adding new lights and changing out ceiling fans, as well as drywall and plumbing work. All of the jobs were done professionally and to my complete satisfaction. The gentlemen performing the work always arrived on time and on every day they were scheduled. I was especially impressed by Keith , the owner who did much of the work. I would not hesitate to call kj builds again for any future projects and would recommend their services to others.
