FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PAYMENT: If the project is a single day payment is due at the end of the day. If the project is multi day, payment is due half up front and the rest when the project is finished. FEES: I require at LEAST a 48/hr cancelation notice. This allows me to fill my schedule. Anything past 48/hr notice requires a 50% fee for projected project cost- (if it’s an 8/hr project I would charge a $400 fee for canceling after 48/hrs) NO SHOW/DAY OF: if you are a no show or cancel day of, I require full payment as I have set aside my time and schedule to commit to you. Please understand when you cancel or don’t show, that is time and money I cannot make up for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone call to understand the scope of the project. I will then schedule a site visit or ask for an email with photos/measurements, desired aesthetic for the space. Once I’ve established the scope of the project I will provide a layout/plan and typically offer tiers for the work that can be done and different pay grades for them. The goal is to help you, not leave you financially stressed
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in visual merchandising and moved on to owning my own business. I found the passion got organization and design through years of work and experience organizing and creating visually appealing displays and spaces.
