I've been training with Frank for 4 months now, and I couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable motivating and know how to tailor each workout to my goals. Whether it's strength, cardio or flexibility, every session is challenging, but manageable.
Frank is great at explaining techniques and always keeps things fresh. So I never get bored. He creates a supportive, positive environment which makes every workout enjoyable.

I can honestly say it’s definitely a workout but worth it every step of the way. He pushes you to get that extra 2 reps in and strictly focuses to your specific goals. He makes it a habit forming routine to your everyday lifestyle.
