Andy Galfi was our buying agent for our home in Mission Viejo and our listing agent for our condo in Laguna Hills. Andy's professional insight was invaluable in assessing the true market value of the homes that we placed an offer on, and for setting a competitive price when selling our condo.This was our first single-family home purchase, and we sought out homes that required some TLC and that we could truly make our own. Andy spent the time to walk the potential properties with us and helped pinpoint serious vs cosmetic issues, along with helping to estimate renovation costs. His guidance in helping us build a keen eye when assessing properties helped us to gain the confidence to take on a fixer upper. Early on during our house hunting we felt that we could find our ideal home without much assistance from a Realtor, thinking that we could do all of our own research online. The house we ended up buying we would have never even gone to see if it wasn't for Andy seeing the potential in it and suggesting that we take a closer look. That alone provided a huge unexpected value in working with Andy to find our home. After the purchase of our home, Andy was always available when we needed to run an upcoming renovation project by him - to determine if certain updates would be good long-term investments. His experience and insight ensured that we were making good decisions. In preparation for the sale of our condo, Andy guided us on how to de-clutter and stage our home for prospective buyers. He provided professional photography services, and high-quality marketing materials. On our first and only Open House weekend, we had over 50 interested parties! During escrow on our condo, unexpected financing issues arose with the prospective buyers and Andy helped us navigate the situation which resulted in a positive outcome for everyone. Andy and his team were excellent to work with. Great communication through the entire Home Sale process which is Huge to my wife and I. The photographer he uses for his home sales was amazing. We interviewed 3 agents and Andy was the hands down best choice! He also worked diligently to help us find our new home in Mission Viejo. Again the process seemed very easy. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us and our picky needs. :)
