This was our second time remodeling our second home with Devart8 Construction. It started with calling the office, meeting with Ray and Dan, and they kept in contact with us, sending the proposal and design, helping with permits and materials procurement and through the process. The remodeling team helped us through everything, cleaned up after they were done, and were great.

My experience with Devart 8 started around 8 months ago. First off, it was a full kitchen remodel that they executed admirably. It perfectly matched what we wanted. Most recently, we called them in for our granny flat construction, and they didn't disappoint. Their skills, professionalism and friendliness have made the project successful; hence, they are our go-to team. Ray helped us in every step of the process, finding and implementing exactly what we needed and wanted. Answering all our questions and always giving us room to follow up: before, during and after.

I hired Ben and the DevArt8 Construction crew for my home remodel, which also involved a garage conversation for an extra bedroom. I am detail-oriented and was uncomfortable starting the project without understanding the final design. They were very helpful with the design and helped me know what it would look like. After weeks of a large remodeling project, my home looks amazing, with a better layout and spacious rooms. I highly appreciate them.
