First time using thumbtack and west plumbing. Could not be happier with how smoothly everything went. Sent pictures before he came out and price was spot on with what he quoted me. He was very good at answering all my questions before he came out and made sure everything was working and I was happy with the work before he took off. It’s been a couple days since the work was completed and could not be happier. Definitely recommend and already contacted him to come back out next week for another project.

I was in a pinch due to poor service by Home Depot so I called and he exceeded my expectations Prompt - He went to pick up my water heater since HD failed to show Price - He kept to his original quote that was 200 LESS than HD Cordial both he and his son... I have his card because if I need any type of plumbing service I know who I will call You should call them also
