PROBLEM:
My kitchen electric outlets shut off ON Thursday morning. I got a Friday appointment that cancelled.
PLEASANT:
Justin was pleasant and responded to my last minute request. He drove nearly two hours to accommodate to my needs before night falls.
PERSONABLE:
Justin arrived a little late due to heavy Friday traffic. He sincerely apologized and genuinely cared to get power back to my refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave so I can prepare dinner and daily meals. He was comforting and congenial while reassuring that the kitchen outlets will be fixed tonight.
PROFFESSIONAL:
As we checked the breaker box, we noticed that two breakers need replacement. He left to purchase 50 and 20 breaker units. Upon returning, he installed the new ones. We checked and all kitchen outlets where fully operational. He got all work done in 40 minutes.
PLEASED:
I was very pleased with Justin. Two things I look for among Service providers are Social and Technical skills. Justin has both. He gets along well with his clients and he gets the Job done ON time, ON budget, AT quality level to the Satisfaction of the Customer.
