- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing can vary depending on the type of session (sports; surfing; portraits) and the amount of time each session might take. some sessions are offered as a standard rate, some are offered by hour. each session guarantees at least 10 professional photos!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i always thoroughly communicate from start to finish, ensuring i understand the customer's vision & needs. once a customer reaches out with an inquiry, i contact them directly with any questions, like their preferred schedule, their budget, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been a photographer for nearly 10 years. my father is also a professional photographer, and i was able to learn directly from his experiences.
