Rid-X Pest Control took good care of my needs regarding pest control. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I had a pretty persistent cockroach problem, and the technicians were very quick to assess the situation and give a comprehensive treatment proposal. It was an easy process. Their staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail so that I was comfortable with what would take place. They also made follow-up support and recommendations to prevent further infestation, a nice touch. Overall, the service and efficiency from Rid-X Pest Control were above my expectation. Highly recommended for termite, bed bug, and other pest issues one might have. A solid 5-star experience!
