Anne Barcelon says, "Arrived earlier than scheduled time then focused on the job and completed earlier than the timeframe schedule. Both Frank and Armando uninstalled the broken handle and the valve of my single bathtub water single controller that I couldnt find any part to replace. They installed my new Delta Classic I purchased to replace the whole bathtub associated valve, single handle and water spout. My tenants have their own head shower spray that they like so I told them not to touch it so they gave me for future use. I contacted my HOA management Board of Director Sonia and she called Classic Property and told Angel to call me and Angel told me to call Frank for he is licensed, expert of this job and worked with them before with professionalism and knowledgeable of the job. They both worked so hard without messing around with me to complete the process and completed before their scheduled timeframe they told me. Thank you for your prompt service. My tenants had been through a lot of inconveniences from upper unit above them that neglected to fix their bathtub leaks which I had no control for I dont own the unit. I honestly dont like them go through that again so I thank you so much for being there and did it the same day even it was dark already. I give you all 5 out 5! I give 5 out 5 to Frank & Armando of Long Beach Pro Plumbing, Inc., to Angel at Classic Property Management and to Board of Director Sonia at Long Beach Town & County HOA. If I can give 10, I do it! I gave only 4 out of 5 on overalls review due to their invoice job description thats not clear but I just posted the job completed here to remind them and clarify."See more
