- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am professional and on-time and courteous. My fee includes learning new songs (if necessary), travel (for 60 miles or less), set-up and tear-down. And my performance. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simple. The most important thing to me is making sure that I meet your needs and surpass your expectations. I want to make sure that I perform the music that is appropriate for your event and learn the songs you specifically want to hear. I always check to make sure that my volume is set to your liking, as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was classically trained in voice at UCLA. It was not my major; in retrospect, I wish it had been. No regrets, though!
