Ralphy was super quick to respond, even though it was a Friday evening at nearly 10:00 pm. He even offered to show up that evening which was very much appreciated, or the next day depending on my preference. He arrived within the hour to resolve a plumbing issue that we had thought was the guest bathroom toilet, but turned out to be a clog near the kitchen sink. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and provided excellent customer service along with a smile even when the project became more complex than anticipated. I called WaterHeaters pros & Plumbing to check a kitchen sink that kept flooding and I was greeted by Ralphy and man was he awesome! It was an emergency and he insured me that he would be able to take care of it THAT day and he came through.
