- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible, and we may offer discounts depending on the package selected. Additionally, we proudly support military personnel by providing special discounts to make our services more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with a video call, where we take the time to get to know each other, discuss the wedding day timeline, and go over their vision for the big day. After the call, we send a detailed proposal along with the contract and invoice. We require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding. About three weeks prior to the wedding, we schedule another call to review the timeline and finalize all the details to ensure we’re completely aligned and ready for the big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have undergone extensive training in professional and creative direction to ensure we are fully prepared to capture every couple’s most special day. This includes studying advanced techniques for photography and videography, as well as mastering the use of professional camera equipment. In addition to formal training, we’ve gained hands-on experience by working as associate shooters at numerous weddings. Over the past three years, as the owners of our own company, we’ve continued to grow and refine our skills through real-world experience, constantly learning and improving with every event we capture.
