FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to your specific needs. We occasionally offer discounts and promotions, while additional fees may apply for travel or rush services. We strive to provide flexible options to accommodate your budget and ensure transparency throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a very hands on approach with working with each and every single one of our clients. Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs followed by a custom tailored proposal with the scope of the shoot and pricing details. Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the pre-production process which is essentially a detailed plan that we develop to prepare for your shoot day! At the completion of the pre-production process, we build an internal project guidelines document with a shotlist which is essentially a list of all of the shots we capture on the day of the shoot. The final step of the pre-production process is a pre-production meeting with your own dedicated project manager from our team along with your Beige Videographer(s) and/or Photographer(s). We typically have this pre-production meeting about 1-2 weeks prior to your shoot day to ensure we have all of the final details for the shoot and so details remain fresh. On the day of your shoot, our team generally arrives at least 30 minutes-1 hour prior to the start time in order to prepare for the shoot. You are greeted by our Beige on site team and we begin the shoot! We follow the shotlist we developed during the pre-production. At the end of the shoot, we officially begin our post-production process. In some cases, some clients may only want raw footage which is essentially all of the unedited content which is typically shared within a few days if not sooner and even on the same day if the client has a hard drive on site. In most cases however, we edit our clients’ final edited deliverables which vary based on our clients’ needs and can range from a 30 second promotional video, a 4-7 minute wedding highlight video, a 1 hour keynote speech recap, or even a full 2 hour feature film. Post production turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the project but we strive to share the edited content within a matter of weeks if not sooner. After delivery of the final edited video, we go ahead and await any further feedback from you and are more than happy to make revisions! Upon successful completion of the edits and thus the post-production process, our User Success team will generally do one final check in to ensure you are fully satisfied with the end product and to check if there’s anything else you need at all!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members undergo rigorous training aligned with our high standards of excellence at Beige. We call this our Beige Certification process. Every videographer and photographer on our team goes through a rigorous interview, onboarding, and ongoing training process that ensures that we provide the top videography and photography experience to each and every single one of our clients.
