- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different service options: Flat fee, hourly rate, block rates and monthly subscriptions. We provide more accurate pricing once we conduct a diagnosis of the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your request and confirm details and payment, we can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day, or solve the issue remotely depending on the type of problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians handling support have a minimum of 3 years computer repair & support experience and carry a variety of industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco.
