They cleaned my laptop twice but someone is still getting on it from outside and trying to purchase things. Getting a light blue screen saying don't shut systm doen down loading software. The curser is moving around doing things in the backround. Installed Nord VPN. Still didn't help.

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I've EVER experienced. Not only does this "business" consistently miss appointments within the agreed upon for a 2-hour window, they don't call until 7 minutes prior to the window concluding or after the window has been exhausted or worst, I had to call them to find out what happened. The customer service is not bad as they are well versed in rescheduling appointments and apparently dealing with complaints. Additionally, the assigned technician LIED about coming to my house for the 4th rescheduled appointment. Although we agreed when rescheduling following their 3rd missed attempt that they were going to call as I was NOT waiting for them on a Saturday for a 2-hour window and based on past experience, the technician never called prior or when they "supposedly" came and no one answered the door. To add to that, no message was left and your technician did not call dispatch to relay their attempt. Thus, again I had to reach out to your "business" to rectify this issue as dispatch was unaware of this missed 4th appointment. Now I'm waiting to see how difficult it will be to obtain my requested reimbursement for services that were never rendered. Remember Geeks on Site (or No-Show Geeks).. when you get good service, you may tell 1-2 people; however, when you are delivered this type of garbage service for $119, I'll be sure to let everyone with an ear know not to waste their hard earned money and valuable time with your "business".
