- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair, and don't overcharge, or change my mind. The price I quote is the price you pay. It's important to me that you're happy with the pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm friendly, flexible, give more than is expected and treat everyone with kindness, respect, patience and encouragement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For many years I worked as a model on the other side of the camera, so I know what it’s like. Then I worked as an assistant to two successful photographers, where I learned about all the technical aspects of photography
