I am a Pilates and Yoga instructor with many years of teaching experience. I combine athletic and challenging Pilates functional training with mindful movement and flow.
I offer 1:1 and small group classes (max 8 people) and I teach customized targeted classes.
Clients can choose what they want to focus on and I will guide them towards the best choice.
I don’t make it easy, because you need to reach
your goal, but I will motivate you to give the best of yourself and teach you how to do it with the right body mechanics, to optimize the effort and how to be present and work with intention.
I like to add elements of somatic techniques at the end of the session for tension release and enhanced clarity.
