Great experience and results with Katie. Started really struggling with weight in mid 40s. Fad diets worked temporarily but always gained the weight back. I've now learned how to eat healthy vs dieting and really feel like it's something that I can maintain. Eating more calories now than before but losing weight and feeling so much better both mentally and physically. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago. Katie was able to make suggestions based on my busy schedule. She was very accommodating regarding my time, schedule and likes/dislikes. She was also always available to answer any questions. If you want to improve your life I recommend that you give her a call!

I really enjoy my workouts with Katie.  Her energy is so positive, encouraging, and high vibe.  She is very knowledgeable about functional fitness, she is thorough in explaining exercises and teaches you what areas they target.  She has a keen eye in observing your potential and will push you a little bit further because she knows you can.  I also really like that she corrects my form to ensure i get the most out of the workout.  Overall, very competent and a great attitude that motivates you to keep going.

Katie is amazing!! She has helped me shape by body amd shed inches. She changes the workouts constantly and is very aware of my injuries. She pushes me everytime to get the best workout! She has helped me, the foodie, eat healthier and tastier! She is very knowledgeable and will get you the results you want and need!! She is an amazing trainer and even better person. You will not regret working with her!

Katie is a genuine person who really cares about her clients. I’ve been working with her for a couple months now and I couldn't be happier. She has helped me feel more energized and confident than I ever have. She has really helped me overhaul my cooking style to include way more plants, yet still make satisfying high protein meals. Not only has my mindset started to change but my body has changed too, I'm down 15 pounds and I'm noticing muscles I didn't know I had! 10/10 would recommend
