Rachel! As someone who has never stepped into a gym before, it was very daunting trying to think about /how/ I could start exercising in a gym setting without feeling overly self conscious, but working with Rachel has been so, so rewarding, and I have truly never felt better. Rachel cares tremendously about her clients and truly wants nothing but the best for them. I am autistic, and a part of me worried deeply about struggling to communicate with a personal trainer, but Rachel has never once made me feel less than and is always so kind and accommodating. In addition to great relationship, I have gained visible muscle definition and feel so! much! better about the value of the meals I consume, and have had far more energy than I ever have.

Rachel is a truly amazing trainer. She’s not only extremely personable, but attentive, patient and flexible. She makes each work out difficult, but also manageable. I’ve had a few personal trainers and this is the first time, I’ve been excited and motivated for each session. I could not recommend her more.

I could not be happier with the recommendation of Rachel as my personal trainer. She's the perfect combination of tough, empathetic, and professional- not to mention she just happens to be hilarious. I've been working with Rachel for five months now, and I see a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and endurance. She's pushed me to take better care of myself and has such genuine care for her clients. The fact that I'm down a few dress sizes feels like just an added bonus.
