Health and fitness has been my passion since I was a child. I’ve been a certified trainer for about 5 years and I’m currently working on my Nutrition certification. What sets me apart from others is that I truly care about each and every client I have the pleasure of working with. Consistent results are built off consistent habits! Julia, is hands down the best trainer ever I've had. Time does not allow me to express my gratitude towards her. I've mostly trained Online with her. But, she is a very knowledgeable, patient, and professional trainer. She takes your fitness journey as if it was her own. She likes to grow with her clients. She is as sweet as she is demanding (As I once quoted) For as long as she is willing to work with me, she'll be my trainer for life.

Julia is very responsive, professional, and kicks 🦵 my butt! She also holds me accountable by taking notes and having me send in sample videos of my workouts when I am not training with her.

Julia uses every second of your session to motivate you or correct you ! I have never had such a dedicated trainer who works with me and is so attentive. All my friends immediately noticed my weight loss after just 1 month. I really like the online sessions, wish I lived closer for in person sessions.

Training with Julia definitely helped me get over my plateau in my fitness journey. Reaching a new milestone on my fitness goals sparked excitement and eagerness for more results .Though I have fitness knowledge it is always good to have a qualified trainer teach you new things! Absolutely worth training with On the Daily Fit because she strives to see results, that being said You definitely count on her to be consistent and flexible with your schedule ! She is happy when you are Happy! Great motivator, knowledgeable, Experienced within the fitness industry and above all else Kind to her clients! 10/10 would recommend!
