We cannot say enough great things about Chef Shieya and the team of The Kookery! They catered our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From our initial consultation to the big day itself, the team was so professional and genuinely passionate about their craft. The food was incredible! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing and packages so there will be no additional, unexpected fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact here on Thumbtack I will email you our current menu of all our services. Once we have menu selections I will draft a proposal/ estimate for your approval. A deposit is required to save the date! But we can still fine tune the details all the way up to a few days before the event when the balance is paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done everything in the kitchen from washing dishes to expediting busy restaurants and creating recipes. Worked for world renowned catering company serving events like the Oscars and more.
