- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning your preferences and event vision during a consultation about dietary needs, favorite flavors, and any special requests. Once we finalize the menu, I handle shopping and prep. On the event day, I arrive early to cook and ensure everything runs smoothly. Afterward, I take care of the cleanup, leaving the space as it was.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent nearly two decades working in various kitchens and trained at a culinary school in New York, focusing on healthy, whole foods. I aim to create dishes that are both delicious and nourishing, combining restaurant-level creativity with a focus on my clients' well-being.
