I really enjoy cooking, especially Chinese cuisine. I have been cooking for many years. Once, a customer tried the stir-fried shrimp with celery that I made and asked me why the celery was so tender. I told her it was because I removed the fibrous strands from the celery, which is why it was so tender. After I said that, we both laughed. Cooking is so interesting to me.
