I highly recommend this company.They have very experienced forman and professional hardworking movers.They protected all my furniture with shrink and blankets and were very gentle with my fragile stuff(i had a lot of mirrors,statues and tvs) .Thank you guys for your great job!!

I recently hired Red Hook Mooving for my move, and while I was a little nervous about the process, I have to say, they exceeded my expectationsespecially when things didnt go as smoothly as planned.The team arrived right on time and were friendly and professional. However, we ran into a couple of challenges along the way. The first issue was when we reached my new place, and I realized that the entryway was too narrow for my large sectional sofa to fit through. I started to panic a little, but the foreman remained calm and immediately started brainstorming solutions. Instead of just giving up or trying to squeeze it through and risk damaging the door or furniture, he suggested trying to bring it through a different entrance, which wasnt my first thought. After trying that route, the team successfully got the sofa inside without a scratch!The second thing was that I had some heavy antique furniture, and I was worried about them being safely transported without any damage. There was a bit of confusion about how to best handle a particularly fragile piece, but once again, Ivan stepped up. They wrapped it with extra care, reinforced the packing, and even triple-checked it during the loading process. They kept me updated the entire time, so I felt confident that everything would arrive in one piece.At the end of the move, despite the hiccups, all my furniture was in perfect condition. They even took the time to go over everything and make sure I was happy before they left.Moving can be stressful, but Red Hook guys made it as smooth as possible. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable movers that can handle tough situations with ease.
