- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rate, however if a customer has only couple items, we are ready to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss all details by phone. We can request photos or videos of furniture and stuff. If a customer agree he signs an agreement and schedule his move online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are experienced and professionals. We know all techniques how to move household items carefully and without any damage.
