I had an emergency water leak in my upstair’s restroom and it flooded my garage below. We notice it when the water came through to the garage walls and side of the floor. We had to shut off our main value. We didn’t know what to do so we searched for a water damage company and we found Surey Water Damage.
They were a 24 hour service so our call went through even though it was after hours. They ask us questions and give us a lot of details on what we can expect.
Willy was able to come see our condo within an hour and he was able to find the source pretty quickly with the devices that he had. He was knowledgeable with the process and how to handle the insurance process. We felt like we were in good hands.
He quickly detect the source, remove and dry out the water so mold won't grow. They also were able to replace our plumbing and install new fixture right away so we can use our water again. The whole process from water removal, fixing our plumping and even restoring our home, I’m so glad I found them because they took care of everything and restored my home better than it was before
