ROCK ROCKS!!!Rock response was immediate when signing up for him to become my mover. He did a great job with packing and organizing. He even used extra packing on delicate items. Extremely helpful in assisting with other things. He was polite and professional. Rock was on time, he had excellent overall timing with the move. Initially faced with an overwhelming situation my 26 truck and Jeep trailer were half-packed from my 2000 sqft home when my initial mover quit just a few hours in I turned to DMovers in desperation. Contacting them through Thumbtack around 7:30 PM, I was astounded when William replied within 10 minutes, immediately alleviating my stress and promising a team on-site within 2 hours.Despite the chaos of my home and the emotional toll of a sudden work-related move, William and his team managed everything with astounding care and professionalism. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, maintained transparency throughout the entire process, and demonstrated integrity by returning hundreds of dollars found in my daughters room.
