Being a home owner, I have considered three(3) major determinants on the success of my flooring project performed by S.R. Flooring as follows:
1. Cost: The proposal of S.R. Flooring was reasonable; not so low and not so high compared to other contractors' estimate.
2. Time: It was "amazing and unbelievable!" At normal condition, with this type of work, and in consideration of an ideal number of workers, it would take four(4) to five(5) days to complete the job. S.R. Flooring was able to finish the contract work (original and change orders) in just two(2) days..."Fantastic!"
3. Quality: Work was perfectly done based on the scope of works and in conformance with industry standards, no questions asked..."Excellent!"
Finally, Mr. Soel Rosales, [owner/manager of S.R. Flooring] and his crew, were very nice, cooperative and had been very organized not to mention that the flow of works had been "sequential" from start to finish..."Very impressive!"
Based on the above, I highly recommend S.R. Flooring...I am very confident that Mr. Soel Rosales owner/manager will always perform his work in the best interest of the home owner as to cost, time and quality.

From the moment we asked for a quote, Soel was extremely responsive and informative. When providing a quote at our house he helped us design and think through a number of the complex details. Provided a very competitive quote and a ton of great options for the flooring.
When it came time to complete the project, Soel and his team work very efficiently and professionally. His team was respectful and incredibly hardworking.
The finished product was clean and so beautiful. Could not be happier with the way it turned out and I will be recommending Soel to anyone that asks.
